CONGRATULATIONS to Matt Boisvert (1st place) and the Woonsocket Firefighters Team (3rd. Place) in the
Fight for Air Climb in Providence

The Firefighters Team consisted of LT Dan Bissonnette, Bob Sevigny, John Zeilinski, John Joyal, Matt Boisvert, Nick Lanctot, Bill Crowley,
 CAPT David Souza and Scott Labonte.

The event consisted of climbing
58 flights of stairs (29 floors) in Full Turn-out gear and SCBA
Climb event to benefit lung cancer and other lung diseases

PROMOTIONAL CEREMONY on March 31, 2010 at the ELKS Club.  Starting time is 6:30pm



Chief Lataille , Deputy Danis, Captains Boucher, Shatraw, Perreault, Walsh, Corey, Lambert, and Souza, Lieutenants Rainville, Paux, Lafond, Cote, Popovich, and 4 probationary firefighters will be officially sworn in.  Dinner will be provided.
